COURSE OVERVIEW

Medical Records and Health Information Management is the science of managing medical information pertaining to operations in a healthcare facility. This includes compiling, processing and maintaining medical records of hospital and clinic patients in a manner consistent with medical administrative, ethical, legal and regulatory requirements of the healthcare system.

The Online Certificate Course in Medical Record and Health Information is designed to increase the skill level of existing medical records and health information technicians or those who wish to take it up as a career in the healthcare industry.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

A Level pass with or without Science stream
